Dr Sebrina specialises in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions to adults, children, young people, and families. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, complex trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, psychosis, offending behaviour, and substance and alcohol misuse. She also brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Having worked across a range of settings—including CAMHS, IAPT services, local authorities, secure hospitals, community teams, and the prison system—Dr Sebrina is adept at tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet diverse and often complex needs. Her clinical style is integrative, combining cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and systemic approaches with a trauma-informed lens.
Dr Sebrina has held senior clinical and service management roles within the NHS and local government, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing service design and delivery. She has been instrumental in establishing and managing innovative mental health services, including Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) programmes and DBT pathways, with a strong focus on early intervention, prevention, and accessibility.
With two decades of supervisory experience, Dr Sebrina is passionate about developing others through clinical supervision, reflective practice, and training. She is deeply committed to ensuring equitable access to mental health care and advocates for holistic, person-centred support at every stage of recovery.
