Grace – BACP Registered Person-Centred Counsellor

Offers: Mental Health Pre-Assessment | ADHD & Autism Assessment | Counselling for Ages 12+

Grace is a qualified, BACP-registered person-centred counsellor with extensive experience supporting young people and adults (aged 12+) through life’s challenges.

She offers Mental Health Pre-Assessments and ADHD and Autism Assessments, helping clients gain clarity, understanding, and access to the right type of ongoing support. Her pre-assessment sessions provide a gentle starting point for those who may be unsure where to begin, creating a safe space to explore symptoms, personal history, and goals for therapy.

With a strong background in both private practice and the NHS, Grace has worked as a social prescriber and counsellor, supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and Autism. She has also volunteered as a crisis counsellor for SHOUT, a UK mental health charity offering immediate help to people in distress.

Grace’s approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. She believes in meeting each client where they are, helping them feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make positive change. Her person-centred style allows clients to build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence at their own pace — within a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space.
