Rachel is a compassionate and dedicated registered counsellor who supports adults, couples, and families through life’s most challenging moments. With a holistic and person-centred approach, she creates a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore their emotions, develop resilience, and find clarity in times of overwhelm.

Drawing from both professional expertise and her own lived experience of childhood challenges, Rachel brings empathy, authenticity, and strength to her practice. Her passion for helping others move forward stems from her belief that no matter how complex the situation, healing and transformation are possible. She holds a deep conviction that everyone has the capacity to grow, especially when they reach their lowest point — and she is there to offer guidance, support, and unwavering belief in her clients’ ability to overcome.

Rachel is known for her integrative counselling style, which combines Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused approaches. She also incorporates Holistic Life Coaching, EFT, Reiki, and Inner Child Work, tailoring her methods to each individual’s needs. Her therapeutic work extends to trauma recovery, relationship and family dynamics, neurodiversity, and complex mental health conditions.

In addition to private practice, Rachel works collaboratively with Neuro-Medical team, supporting clients through psychological and neurodiversity assessments and providing ongoing care for those with complex psychological needs.

She is especially passionate about supporting those experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, and domestic abuse, and brings a strong foundation in safeguarding and trauma-informed care to her sessions.
